Challenge: With so many vendors and ideas to consider, planning a wedding is a huge project to manage. Many brides find this process overwhelming and don't know where to begin.

Action: This video was created with the intent to help support newly engaged couples in their wedding planning process. Specifically, it's intended to help them understand how to use the planning tools on The Knot to stay organized, search vendors, and seek inspiration.

Results: Engaged couples felt that after watching the video they were more aware of all tools The Knot has to offer to keep their planning process as organized and seamless as possible.

Storyboard (Rise): Basics to Proper Puppy Care

Responsibilities: Needs Analysis, Design, and eLearning Development

Type: Storyboard for eLearning

Target Audience: First-time dog owners

Tools Used: Google Slides, Articulate Rise 360

Challenge: Lack of knowledge and understanding from new dog owners that leads to poor pet decision-making which affects the health and happiness of the dog.

Action: Assessed needs, gathered research, interviewed SMEs, and designed/developed a care solution that gives detailed information for basic dog care to new owners.

Results: Consistent proper care by new dog owners making decisions for the health, happiness, & overall wellness of their dog- including supplies needed, feeding, bathing, exercising, training, health & safety.
